清邁泰式烹飪學校
餘爾宸
我負責的地方是煮菜和逛市場的部份。我覺得今天最有意義的行程就是這個了。我們煮的菜有酸辣湯、香蕉蛋糕、經典的綠咖哩和泰式炒河粉,而我和葉宗翰一組。當老師在講解煮菜步驟時,有很多笑點,課程很開心。我們那組做菜時雖然有時意見有點不同,還有位子被占掉的事但是我們煮出來的菜很成功,很開心也很精彩。
今天去烹飪學校學做泰國菜,是一個很特別的經驗。教做菜的廚師很有趣,還會說三種語言,講解的時候中英文交替。雖說不是第一次自己煮飯,不過是第一次做泰國菜,做出來意外的很好吃,尤其是香蕉蛋糕,跟以往吃到的感覺很不一樣。離開時烹飪學校送了每人一本烹飪的書,等到回國後我就要自己是著做做看!
Today we went to a temple. The temple was
very large and partly made of gold. I was very stoned to saw this kind of
things in Thailand. Inside of the largest temple was a very ugly golden statue.
I learned about how the ancestors of ours can be very surprising. They can make
things that we never though they could with the technology of their time. So,
we should follow their lead and create a new world of ours.
今天早上的第一個行程是去傳統市集參觀。體驗在泰國賣菜,還有挑食材。市集是由很多小攤位組成的,帶頭導遊的媽媽是其中一個攤位的雇主。在市集裡看到了椰子粉的製作過程,和椰漿的樣子。我們三個班在等巴士的時候看到了一位人妖來買菜。我覺得實際看到人妖不會讓人感到不舒服。可能是因為太像女生的關係吧。
這次是我第四次做嘟嘟車,還記得我第一次做的時後,每次要轉彎時都感覺我要飛出門一樣。但現在我就不怕了。現在做嘟嘟車都感覺回到了以前的時代,應爲那外觀就感覺很復古。非常特別的體驗,還有員警來開路ㄟ。
Today is my first time to experience the
cultural art of painting paper umbrellas. In the beginning, I was astonished by
the way how those artisans handmade those umbrellas, instead of having it all
operated by machinery. Later on, I also got a chance to paint the umbrella
myself. I thought it was going to be easy work, because the umbrellas were
beautifully painted. It wasn't. From this experience, I
learned to appreciate such arts, and I would love to learn more about other
appreciable cultures in the future.
